Steven SnyderParticipant
For those of you that missed class last night, I found this YouTube video of another clubs session on Soaring Weather.
Steve
Steven SnyderParticipantToday was a nice day. A bit cold but we had 9 flights total. Thanks to Mark and John for towing. Led by Greg with 27 min and Mark with 26 min. Rich completed his Sport Pilot add-on rating.
Tomorrow looks nice as well. SkySight predicts lift to 4,500 msl. Who wants to fly? We have a tow pilot.

Steven SnyderParticipantThanks, Don. And we should have a tow, or 2 on Wednesday as well.
Let’s do this.
Steven SnyderParticipantStill looking at flying Tuesday and Wednesday. Any more takers? Any towpilots?
Start time 10am. Lift starting at 12 noon until 3 pm. Both days.

Steven SnyderParticipantUpon further review, Sunday is cancelled due to winds.

Steve
Steven SnyderParticipantSunday, October 31st. Is there any interest? It may be windy but the season is coming to an end.
Steven SnyderParticipantAnd what a crew it was! John “Bunyan” DeRosa, along with helpers Don, Laurence, Andy, John Belue and myself removed the trees surrounding the mid-field windsock. Now you can actually see it and believe it. Plus Andy tuned up the gas golf cart and Don mowed down the weeds around the windsock and along the creek.
Next up, tackling the trees along the creek. If anyone has connections in the tree trimming business, please let us know.

Steven SnyderParticipantI’ll be out Saturday. Not expecting much flying but plenty to do.
Sunday might be a decent day to fly however.
