    I could not disagree with you more; simulators are excellent for maintaining procedure proficiency and introducing flight maneuvers to student pilots. If it collects dust it would be due to mismanagement, not lack of value. Extra coffee and cake only adds to your weight and balance difficulties.😂

    Don,I built a condor simulator and find it to be an excellent way to teach maneuvers prior to training in an aircraft as well as a way to maintain procedure proficiency. It would be a wise investment for the club…

    Steve,I feel Friday evening or even a weekend night is best because it does not interferes with homework/ extra curricular activities for the youth members preparing for their written exams. For more experienced members, and “advanced topic” ground school could be on a weeknight and could have topics more appropriate to advanced gliding or badges.Just my two cents. Would be happy to teach if you tell me what topics in advance, so I can prepare.

    If we can get an instructor and tow pilot, two of us (Vince and Joe) are available.  Thanks Mark for letting us know.  Wednesday  or Thursday we are available most of the day (8am-3pm) and half day on Friday…
