Received this invitation for the Windy City chili fest. Open to all Sky Soaring members that would like to attend. 4 PM this Saturday.The invitation is posted below.

WCSA Members, Guests, and Friends,

THIRD (AND FINAL) REMINDER to RSVP. The date is fast approaching and more confirmed chili pots are still needed! – This coming Saturday Oct. 21, 2023 is our annual WCSA Rockin’ Chili Fest at Hinckley Airport (0C2). The weather forecast looks promising, with mixed sunshine and clouds, high of 58F. Winds NNW at 10 to 20 mph and low chance of precip (15%)

Prepare your favorite chili recipe, bring your favorite adult beverages and any other other dishes/desserts you care to, enter the “best chili” contest, and win prizes and bragging rights for the next year. Once again the Wright Street Band will provide musical entertainment. Setup and socializing will commence around 4 pm, with official eating beginning around 5 pm (unless you just can’t wait!). See you there!
