        Hello:

        Since I know how to read a calendar I realize the weekend is coming.  The forecast:

        Saturday:  Sunny, with a high near 90. East northeast wind 5 to 15 mph.

        Sunday:  Mostly sunny, with a high near 86.

        Anyone have plans for flying Saturday afternoon?  Drink water and bring sun screen.

          Saturday is going to be an awesome soaring day for those of you
          that want to fly high. Lift to 7000 ft or more. Winds out of the
          Northeast so you’ll have to keep a watchful eye out for airliners
          flying over our gliderport on there way to O’Hare.

          Morning brief will be at approximately 10:30. Flying to start soon
          after.

          I’m still recovering from my illness so I’ll be working the
          ground. We’ need a couple of towpilots and CFIG’s since it’s going
          to be 90 degrees in the afternoon. We don’t want to overheat them.

          Sunday will not be as good as mid and high clouds are predicted.

            I’ll be there in the morning. Around 11am i have to leave for about 2 hours. Then I’ll back. That’s what Arnold says
