Now that the second part of my recovery is about to end, it is time 2 sincerely thank all of you who have shown so much concern for me. All of the cards, big and small, phone calls, visits, gifts, thoughts and prayers have been greatly appreciated. Unfortunately rehab did not go as well as hoped because of unexpected problems. Nevertheless I am being discharged tomorrow and will be going 2 assisted living 4 a few weeks, hopefully not more. I’ll be in Park Place in Elmhurst. More therapy and work 2 make me independent. I am hoping for the best show keep me in your thoughts. One of these days I’ll actually show up at the field.
