I received a check today from the share buyback agreement. I was very disappointed to see that the check was from the SSLLC.
About 5 years ago members agreed to sell their 80 LLC shares to the club, SSI. The SSLLC was not involved in the agreement. The check should have been from SSI .I am worried that $80,000 of club assets might be given away to another entity.
