Expecting a busy day of flights. Please use Bock-Our-Plane so we have an idea who’s coming out. Remember, there is a 1 hour limit unless no one is waiting for the glider you are flying.

        Start time 9am.

Wow, what a day! 27 total flights. Several old and new friends. Griffin had his first glider solo. John, Gary and Mark towed. A great time was had by all.

Oh, did I mention 4 rope breaks?

Probably. Time to throw them out and start fresh.

Hi, did anyone notice if the 4 rope breaks were correlated to any certain glider(s)?

Maybe noted on the Flight sheet, I did not look.We had 6 of 7 club aircraft flying, plus CAP 2-33. (1-34 stayed home), very busy activity!   As mentioned the ropes are EOL, but as mentioned many times by FC & our cfig’s, we pilots must always look for fraying spots. I realize I should have.
