Was taking course, kicking off rust….had one quiz question I thought had a strange “correct” answer: “slack taken up, glider ready to go, but another plane is suddenly noticed turning base to final on same runway….what is best action?”.
The SSF answer: Release line, towplane and glider both need to clear runway.
I got this wrong, I selected “C”…..wait on Ok, let plane land over the tug and glider.
I’d never expect enough B-to-F time to clear 2 aircraft. The ground crew would really have to hustle on that glider.
Anyway , A good course
