        Hello:

        I am wishing everyone a Happy Father’s Day on this breezy Saturday.  Due to forecast Thunderstorms and everyone wanting to enjoy their new gifts of socks and ties there probably will not be any flying tomorrow.

        Today was breezy but some OK lift for us non specialist glider pilots.  It did not take much effort to keep the 2-33 in the sky for over a half hour.  The sun was out and it was warm.

        I hope I get some sunscreen instead of socks this year.

        Again, Happy Father’s Day to the Dads of Sky Soaring!

          Thanks, Rich. Yes, Saturday was a good day. The meeting went well and I believe it was well received. If you missed it the notes should be posted soon.

          After a delay waiting for the winds to back off we launched 6 flights. 4 were at or just under 30 minutes. Not bad for a windy day.
