Flight Sheet and Pay Envelope Information

All,

Please enter both first and last names on the flight sheet.  I have been seeing lots of missing last names lately.  We use the flight sheet information to aid keeping track of member’s flight hours and payments, as well as the aircraft hours.

It is the responsibility of each member when completing their pay envelopes at the end of the day to make sure that the flight sheet is filled out correctly with full name(s), flight times, and flight costs.

John DeRosa, Thanks for the reminder. I know that I don’t check to see if my first AND last names are on the flight sheet. I probably do like some others, I find my name and glider, note the flight number and the (in my case) tow fee and transfer that to the pay envelope. I do my best to be sure that I have added my last name to the flight sheets. John Lincoln
