Today we had five instructors get their Sky Soaring spring checkouts. Don Grillo, Larry Kase, John Scott, Mike Vaughn, Tim Ponsot. There is no cost to these instructors to take their three spring checkout flights. Money well spent.
Come on out tomorrow Saturday, April 8th, and you too can get your spring checkout flights. Is your blue book page up to date? Did you pay your 2nd quarter dues?

Friday and Saturday were both good days weather wise and flying wise. We got six of our flight instructors there spring checkouts and we were even able to get some rated pilots checked out as well on Saturday. We were able to start our new procedures such as our daily morning briefing and utilizing our new Briefing Board.
This coming weeks weather is looking good and I’m hopeful that we will be able to get the 1-26’s and 1-34 assembled. Watch for an email.
