I’m giving a shout out and THANK YOU to Steve and Petr for work on the Krosno nose and skid, John Osborn and Laurentiu for continuing the repair of the 1-34 gear, Pete and Nick for work on the 1-26, Don and Nick for work on Pumpkin and Jim for continuing to seal holes at the top of the west hangar walls at the roof line. Jim is really getting up there. Greg also was out helping. Our leader John DeRosa came out for a few minutes just to see how all was going. Again thanks to all who were out today.

One more item that needs attention as pointed out by Greg is the tankless water heater is again leaking. It may be time to replace that particular unit with a new one. Petr knows someone who does plumbing so that may be a consideration.

About the tankless water heater I installed it. No need to pay for a plumber. I will begin shopping.

      Best Regards,

      Can the leak be resoldered?

      Best Regards,

When it comes to plumbing and plumbing repair I almost always yield to the pros or to those who want to attempt a repair. I learned long ago how to make leaks and am pretty successful at it. SSI already has a leak (or two) so my particular specialty is no longer needed. John Lincoln

Worth a try before we sink $$ into a new unit.  If it is only a leaky solder joint, it should easily be able to be fixed by re-sweating the junction.  Sounds like a good 10 minute project on January 1st before the chili kicks in.

      Best Regards,
