It’s Sunday and we could use an instructor and commercial pilot. We have people waiting for rides. I’m the only one here.

Staying hydrated by drinking plenty of water is important on these hot August days. Dehydration can cause a loss of cognitive and decision making ability. Both are essential for safe flight.

With that said, if you are able to supply/donate a case of water please do.

to Oshkosh but most likely not until around 10am.

Weekend soaring is looking better on Sunday. Saturday morning is
calling for overcast then going to low scattered clouds in the
afternoon. Sunday will be mostly sunny. So lets plan on flying
Sunday. I’ll be out around 10am.

P.S. The field has been freshly mowed. We finally had to mow
after some much needed rain. The rain gauge said we had 4.8 inches
of rain in the last week.
