Another great weekend. Saturday was forecast to rain and storm. Did it? Not by us. Light sprinkles a couple of times but nothing much. Even though we only logged 4 flights more importantly the Krosno was assembled. Now Sunday, that’s another story. 25 flights logged, a variety of styles, several student flights and Mark Mallamo keeping the 1-26 up for over 2 hours.
However the highlight of the day was Frank Smith earning his first glider solo in the Krosno as he works on adding commercial glider pilot to his certificate. Thanks to the tow pilots and crews that kept to show running.
