Hello Sky Soaring members and happy Wednesday. Today’s soaring weather is shaping up to be one of those great spring days with lift to 8000 feet with a good chance of cumulus clouds to mark those strong thermals. If you can play hooky from work today it might be worth the loss of pay.

Unfortunately, all Sky Soaring aircraft MUST be on the ground by 1500 hours (3pm) for a VIP TFR (Temporary Flight Restriction) that covers the Sky Soaring airport from 3pm to 4:30pm.

I’ll be out at the field this morning to help get an operation going. If you think you’ll come out to fly, post a note here so we can get an estimate of how many folks may be coming out.
