I just checked Monday and the forecast has really changed. Looking like a bust. Tuesday still looks good. I am hoping to fly. Can we get a tow pilot and wing runner? Anyone else? John Lincoln

And let’s not forget that just because a weather forecast doesn’t look good for soaring (sustained flying), it could still be an excellent day for training and proficiency flights.

Thanks to John Lincoln for setting this up yesterday. It was a beautiful day at Sky Soaring. A slow start as the few pilots that were present decided to wait for the best conditions. And it was worth it. I believe there were 10 flights with at least 4 of them over 1 hour led by Laurence who earned his C badge with a flight of 1 hr and 3 min! Of course John was gone for over 4 hours. It must be magic. Thanks to Eric for towing.
