Policy and Procedures Manual Revision

Hello Sky Soaring Members,

The Policy and Procedures manual has been revised with updated
material and approved by the Board of Directors. Some of the
updates and changes include;

• Added: The Daily Briefing and Briefing Board
• Change: Pilot Spring Checkout and Proficiency Flights
• Delete: Winch Operation references
• Change: Guest Scenic Rides
• Added: Guest flights by club members
• Added: See Something – Say Something
• Added: Flight Review using WINGS

Attached as a PDF file is the revised copy of our Policy and
Procedures Manual dated 6-14-2023 for your review. Please read it
over. A copy is always kept in the Wooden Box as well.

Some other changes that have been made are:

Scenic ride cost…$160
Mile High ride cost…$295
FAST Introductory Flight Lesson…$175
New Member Initiation Fee…$250

Tows and Flight Instruction fees may be paid through the
skysoaring.com website store. There is a 4% convenience fee that
we charge to offset the PAYPAL fee.
