New private pilots

Congratulations to Erik for passing his oral and Flight test today with Ron Reidenhour. We have a new private pilot at sky Soaring

Congratulations to Petr For passing the oral portion of his test. Unfortunately due to weather and time constraints we could not do the flight test. That will be done Sunday morning at 10 AM. Erik will be coming out to help with groundcrew however we need a couple more people to help as well.  If you are available to come out tomorrow morning, please do. It should be a fairly nice Soaring day so we can also get some additional flights in.

Let me be the first to congratulate Erik on his accomplishment of getting his private pilot’s license!  Who will he take up for a flight first?
And congratulations to Petr on passing the toughest part of his testing, the oral exam!  I am positive that he will do great on the practical exam tomorrow.

I would like to thank everyone who came out this weekend to help both me and Petr with our chef rides. We couldn’t have done it without your support.
