      Can we see a response to operations this holiday weekend? Waggle your rudder or rock your wings if you would be interested in a family style BBQ on the 4th. Fair weather will be provided.

      Steve, I don’t know about the BBQ but I am interested in flying on the 4th and possibly the 5th. I will donate to the BBQ cause though! Anyone else? John Lincoln

      Happy Independence Day everyone! It was a hot! one but there were 14 flights including Philip earning his B badge by staying up for 1.5 hrs and Andy flying his 2nd solo. Frank had 2 good flights and Don towed all day. John P showed up and all he did was mow grass for several hours. Next time John you need to fly. Oh, and did I mention? John L took off at 13:30 and as we were closing the hanger door at 18:00 he was seen circling overhead.
