I have heard that there were 17 members at the field for the final push to get Pumpkin’s wings stripped, that’s right 17. I don’t have the names but I Thank You. This is the kind of service to our organization that makes it work. Along with the wings there was work on the annuals for the Krosno, 1-26, and 1-34. Finishing up with the gear on the 1-34, finishing up with the refresh of the 1-26 and some on the Krosno. Thanks to you our fleet will be in the best shape it has been in for quite a while.

I want to give a special shout out to returned members Greg Palmer and Geoff Weck. They have stepped up in the maintenance arena, in helping with the main hangar repairs and wing painting and rudder repair on Pumpkin.

I want to mention that your board has initiated, pushed for and completed more projects this winter than I have ever seen. Don, Steve, John and Jim have been out on most every Saturday. They are the leaders but our other members have been the ones who have also put their hands on the work to get it done.

New and young members have stepped up, older and established members have come out. This is what makes this club, your club, possible.

From your maintenance chairman THANK YOU.

      John Lincoln
