The main water valve at the pressure tank in the closet is turned off. One of the valves is leaking and it had overflowed the bucket that was catching the drips. John D has some gaskets and will replace the bad ones in the leaking valve. In the mean time if you need water in the bathroom, you can open the main valve. Shut it off after use. It should be fixed in the next few days.
