And let’s not forget that just because a weather forecast doesn’t look good for soaring (sustained flying), it could still be an excellent day for training and proficiency flights.

I’ll be out on Tuesday. Today got in a couple of flights at Bult in between the showers.

I’ll be out today to do a flight in the Krosno. Looking for someone to fill the back seat. (AKA free ride)

Thanks to John Lincoln for setting this up yesterday. It was a beautiful day at Sky Soaring. A slow start as the few pilots that were present decided to wait for the best conditions. And it was worth it. I believe there were 10 flights with at least 4 of them over 1 hour led by Laurence who earned his C badge with a flight of 1 hr and 3 min! Of course John was gone for over 4 hours. It must be magic. Thanks to Eric for towing.
