Thanks to Palumbo,Hopkins, Grillo and I for completing the annual on our Pawnee today.
I plan to tow Stars & Stripes with Hurd and Aaron S. tomorrow at 1pm.
The center of the runway are usable. The edges are soggy. We have room for a few more Soarers.

Stars and Stripes was still in 4 inches of water as of Thursday afternoon. I will be going out today to see how far the water has gone down and report back this afternoon.
All club gliders will need a thorough inspection prior to its first flight. They have been sitting out all winter and damage by the weather, mice or something else may have occurred.
Things like control surface hinges must be inspected and lubed with LPS 2. Radios tested, harnesses checked for critter damage, chewed wires and more.
The east end of glider row was still in 4 inches of water when I went out Friday afternoon. The water that surrounded Stars and Stripes has receded but the ground is very soft. If we have no more rain, Sunday may allow vehicles after checking the ground for softness. If to soft you will create ruts.
