Message Processing Delay of 1 minute

We are using a new method of processing messages that are posted in the message forum.  The system now scans for new messages once per minute. When posting new topics or replying to a message via email, it may take up to one minute for your message to get processed and sent out via email. Please be patient and do not submit your message more than once.  Thank You.
