May 24 – May 27, 2044, St. Louis Soaring Association Cross-Country Development Camp– Highland, IL.  SLSA is hosting a four-day Cross-Country Development Camp targeting pilots that are looking to break the apron strings and broaden their soaring experience beyond the local airport area.  SLSA is located near Highland, IL, a cross-country friendly area with nearby airports and land out friendly agricultural fields.  Bring your own glider or your club’s glider and join us for four days of informative morning presentations and lead and follow mentored flights with experience cross-country and contest pilots.  Attendees are encouraged to have at least a Bronze Badge, or equivalent.  Daily tasking and Proving Grounds flights will be utilized to develop both your skills and confidence.  All flights will be posted to WeGlide and OLC so make sure you have your accounts set up.  If you don’t, we can help you set up your accounts.  Attendees will be limited to 20 pilots so register as early as possible.

Meals are included in the registration fee and served on site, as well as limited camping and RV hookups.  Motels and lodging are withing 15-minutes of the field.  Registration fee is $280 and includes lectures and meals.  A $100 deposit secures your entry.  Tows will be available for $60 to 2,000-ft agl.

If you have any questions, or would like to discuss this opportunity, please give me a call and we can discuss it.

      Thanks,

      Hello:

Thanks for sharing.  Is it possible for Sky Soaring to do a version of this at 55LL?

      Regards,

      Rich
