It looks like the perfect weekend to sit down at the computer to do the Wing Runner course and other FAA Wings courses. The forecast:
Today: Showers and thunderstorms likely, mainly after 4pm. Some of the storms could be severe. Cloudy, with a high near 64. Breezy, with a south southwest wind 15 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 35 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
Saturday: Rain and snow showers likely before 10am, then a chance of snow showers between 10am and 1pm. Cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 41. Breezy, with a west southwest wind 15 to 25 mph becoming north northwest in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.
Sunday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 57. Breezy, with a south wind 10 to 15 mph increasing to 15 to 20 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph.
