  Not sure if this went out so here it is again.
  
  Who’s going to be around next weekend? It sure would be nice to have a cookout for the end of summer holiday. Usually that would be on Sunday so if you are interested please reply.

  Great idea! Let’s get a cookout going for Sunday, September 5th. Long range forecast looks decent.
  
  Sky Soaring will provide the ice, charcoal, meat, and the drinks. A nominal charge per person will be requested.
  
  Everyone else please bring something to pass around. Chips, cookies, salads, baklava, etc, etc.

  A very fine day at 55LL today. Only 5 flights as the winds were exceeding limits shortly after 12:00 however we did have 2 prospective members visit and Don, John L and John S all took off for points unknown. There was so much good food we will have leftovers for weeks.
